Lung Ching (Dragons Well) is one of the most famous green teas from the Zehjiang Province of China.  The flavor of this tea is reminiscent of roasted chestnuts with hints of natural sweetness.   Processed completely by hand with traditional Chinese methods gives this tea its wonderful jade-green color and preserves its rich vitamin C content.  We recommend steeping with 6 ounces of fresh hot (160° F) water for 2 minutes.
