Produced in the Chinese Fujian province, this Silver Needle tea consists of the most tender leaves imaginable: single buds that were plucked right after they fully developed, but before they had time to open. The beautifully shaped buds of equal length are covered with white down. When infused, they produce a pale yellow liquor with an extraordinary fresh, sweet fragrance.
