This organic White Peony tea brews a somewhat darker infusion having a bold aroma with natural sweetness. White Peony originates from the Fujian Province of China and is made from the buds and leaves that remain after the famous Silver Needle white tea has been harvested. Due to the size of the leaves, this tea can not be measured with a teaspoon. We recommend using 3 grams (about 2 heaping soup spoons) for each 6 ounce cup of tea; heat fresh water until it is steaming briskly (not boiling) and let steep for 3-4 minutes.
